I started this blog to help promote pediatric sleep education in the Greater Houston community. I grew up here and benefited from the good will of the Gulf Coast and many extraordinary mentors. Throughout my medical career, I have discovered that caring for children is not only about the patient in my office, but also about the community at large. Parents, educators, and other medical professionals all benefit from a meaningful exchange of knowledge that can provide reassurance and transform lives.
